At Victoria Quinn School of Ballet, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to discover the joy of classical ballet in a warm, nurturing and inspiring environment. Our classes are designed to help children grow in confidence, flourish creatively and develop a lifelong love of ballet. Whether your child dreams of the stage, dancing for fun or achieving world - recognised ballet examinations through the Royal Academy of Dance, every dancer is welcomed, encouraged and celebrated.
Our aim is to help every dancer discover their own unique potential and give each student permission to take up space and grow at their own pace. We are committed to creating a warm, nurturing environment where every student feels safe, supported and inspired to develop a lifelong love of classical ballet.
We are committed to providing high quality classical ballet training in a warm and supportive environment. Rooted in the internationally recognised RAD syllabus, our classes combine expert teaching while maintaining the warm child-centred approach that lies at the heart of our school.
“We meet each dancer where they are, helping them grow in confidence and resilience, encouraging artistic expression and building strong classical ballet technique.”

Having trained for many years with Victoria's own mentor, Sophie has been involved in the school for many years. Watching Sophie grow as a young dancer into the person she is today has been one of my greatest privileges.
Alongside her love for classical ballet, Sophie holds a Masters degree in Forensic Psychology. Her calm, compassionate nature and genuine love for working with young people make her an invaluable part of the Victoria Quinn School of Ballet family.

Absolutely! Ballet is for everyone, and we welcome dancers of all genders to our classes.
To ensure every dancer receives the care, encouragement and individual attention they deserve, our class sizes are intentionally kept smaller. This means that some classes may occasionally have a waiting list. We would be delighted to add your child and contact you as soon as a space becomes available.
We have found that children often thrive when given the space to develop confidence and independence in the studio. For this reason, classes are held on a drop-off and pick-up basis. Families are warmly invited to celebrate their child's progress through examination presentations and our every-other year school show.
